Refund policy

We want you to love your cross stitch kits! If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right.  

Eligibility for Returns 
- We accept returns for damaged or defective products only.  
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.  

How to Request a Return 
- Please email us at info@cross-stitch-my-heart.com with the subject line  "Return Request –  Order [Order Number]."  
- Include a brief description of the issue and a photo of the damaged product.  

Next Steps
- Once we receive your email, we’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.  
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issue a replacement or refund.  

Please Note
- We are unable to process returns for reasons other than damage or defects (e.g., change of mind).  
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise noted.
